The heart of your journey begins with a guided meditation or visualisation, expertly led by Penelope Silver, a seasoned Reiki Master. This meditation sets the tone for deep relaxation and prepares your mind and body for the healing to come. As you rest, fully clothed and at ease, Penelope's skilled hands channel Reiki energy, combining it with additional energy healing techniques and intuitive guidance, crafting a signature experience unique to The Reiki One. Throughout the session, you're enveloped in a nurturing and peaceful environment, allowing the healing energy to flow and target areas needing balance and restoration. Post-treatment, Penelope shares insights and guidance from the session, offering advice on maintaining balance and harmony until your next visit. Cancellation Policy

We know your time is precious, as is ours.
 Life is busy and at times you may require to cancel or change your appointment, may we request at least 24 hours notice so we have the opportunity to fill your slot with one of our lovely clients on our ever growing waiting list. Appointments are confirmed on receipt of payment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are more than 15 mins late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. Cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment will be charged at 50% and 100% for no shows. Many thanks for your co-operation.
