The Sturgeon Moon is linked with deep water, ancient wisdom and the quiet strength it takes to move through change.
This evening is for anyone who feels ready to put something down.
It may be grief, pressure, resentment, fear, an old relationship, words left unsaid, or simply the weight of carrying too much for too long.
You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to release.
What happens on the evening
I will guide you through a 30-minute meditation, followed by a private saltwater ritual and journalling.
We will gently explore:
-
what has carried you through the hardest parts of the past year
-
what is still stinging, draining or taking up too much space
-
what you are ready to stop carrying
-
the part of you that has remained tender, joyful, resilient and alive underneath it all
There is no group sharing and you will not be asked to speak about your experience.
Your reflections remain completely private.
You can simply lie down on your mat, listen to my voice, work with your own bowl of saltwater and allow whatever needs to come forward.
What this ritual is - and is not
This ritual is not about pretending difficult things did not happen.
It is about recognising what they have cost you, honouring the strength that carried you through, and deciding what you no longer want your body to keep holding.
We will close by reconnecting with your own "sweetness" - the part of you that still holds joy, softness, courage, humour, creativity or hope.
"It was so powerful and so unexpected."
"I literally feel lighter, calmer, and somehow my mind is clearer."
"It was a chance to truly switch off, reconnect with myself, and let go of the stress and pressures of everyday life."
