Why Saying Yes to London Nootropics Was the Most Aligned Decision

A woman with long blonde hair wearing a red top holds up a London Nootropics Selection Box, smiling softly. A sticker highlights a 20% discount offer, and a small inset shows the open box with three adaptogenic coffee blends inside. The scene feels warm, welcoming, and promotional, focused on wellness and mindful daily rituals.

If you’ve been in my world for a while, you’ll know one of my core values is integrity.

I simply can’t promote something unless I use it myself, feel it in my bones, and know it genuinely supports my wellbeing.

I need to live it first - and that’s exactly why I’m so happy to share this with you today.

I’ve been drinking London Nootropics coffee blends for over a year now.

That’s how they found me - not through a pitch or a DM, but because I was already sharing their coffee in my daily rituals.

It’s always felt like a quiet support system: calming, clarifying, and deeply nourishing.

So when they reached out and asked if I’d like to become an ambassador… the answer was a full-bodied, sacral YES.

💫 The Power of Responding (Not Chasing)

As a 1/3 Generator in Human Design, my strategy is to respond.

Over the years, I’ve learned (sometimes the hard way!) that when I try to chase or force things, they don’t stick.

They either fall away or just don’t feel right.

This opportunity came to me in such a natural way.

I didn’t go looking for it.

It arrived.

And in that arrival, there was deep alignment.

Saying yes to London Nootropics felt like responding to something already working - something already loved.

🍵 A Little Ritual, Every Day

As someone who is ADHD/ASD, I originally turned to adaptogenic coffee to help me focus without the crash.

I’ve tried various blends - during my time at Therapy Organics in Wilmslow, as. therapist, I explored options like Ancient + Brave (also beautiful), Planet Paleo and Dirtea, but London Nootropics has been the one I come back to, cup after cup.

My favourite blend?

Hands down:

FLOW.

It has this gorgeously luxurious, powdery mouthfeel with none of that bitter aftertaste.

It tastes like presence in a cup.

Next favourites would be:

  • ZEN – for winding down softly

  • MOJO – on days when I need a little extra pep (cordyceps + ginseng to the rescue!)

I’ve just ordered their new MUSH LOVE blend and I’m genuinely so excited to try it - it’s giving immunity, calm, and mushroom magic in one.

Every day at 11am, I make my cup.

I pause.

I breathe.

I treat it as a sacred little ritual.

✨ Why I’m Proud to Be an London Nootropics Ambassador

Because this isn’t just about coffee.

It’s about sharing something that genuinely supports me - and might support you, too.

Their mission to make premium adaptogens accessible is something I really align with.

Their blends aren’t just delicious - they’ve been developed with intention and quality, and the feedback they’ve received from those with ADHD, caffeine sensitivity, menopause, long shifts and more… it’s been incredible.

🙏 Gratitude + Mush Love

A heartfelt thank you to Shez & Zain and the London Nootropics team for inviting me into your world.

I can’t wait to share these blends at my workshops this summer and help others create grounding rituals of their own.

To anyone reading this: may your daily rituals be delicious, supportive, and infused with sacred slowness.

With gratitude and Mush Love,

Penelope x
