I'm Now offering Reiki in Alderley Edge Four Days A Week (Not Just Fridays)
For a while now, The Reiki One has been a Friday thing. One day a week, tucked between everything else you're juggling, and if Friday didn't work for you, that was that, you had to wait.
Not anymore.
The lovely team at One Inner Beauty Studio in Alderley Edge have asked me to stay on, so Reiki in Alderley Edge is no longer just a Friday thing, there's a lot more room in the diary now. Whether you're a Wilmslow mum trying to find an hour between school pickups, or you work Monday to Friday and Sundays are the only quiet you get, there should be a slot that actually fits your week.
My new Reiki opening hours
Here's where you'll find me from now on, at One Inner Beauty Studio, 12–14 South Street, Alderley Edge, Cheshire, SK9 7ES:
Monday: 11am – 8pm
Friday: 11am – 8pm
Saturday: 11am – 5pm
Sunday: 11am – 1pm
That's Reiki, Hopi Ear Candling, and Chakra Balancing, all in the same treatment room you might already know... floral mural, underfloor heating, faux fur blankets, candlelight, singing bowls. Still the room clients tell me feels like nowhere else in Cheshire.
Why the extra days matter
If you've been putting off booking because Friday never quite lines up, this is genuinely for you.
A few of the gaps I know these new hours fill:
Sunday mornings. Before the week starts again, before the school run kicks back in - an hour that's just yours, with nothing to rush off to afterwards.
Monday and Friday evenings. If your week runs away with you the moment it starts, ending Monday with Reiki instead of a to-do list is a different way to begin. Clients have been known to come in their pj's for their cosy twilight treatments.
Saturday afternoons. For anyone whose week is already spoken for Monday to Friday, and needs the weekend to actually give something back.
I still do the woo without the woo woo. Same approach, same room, just more chances to get in.
What you can book
60-minute Reiki - £70 (your first session needs to be 90 minutes, so I've got time to properly understand what's going on for you)
90-minute Signature Reiki - £90 - includes essential oils, a foot ritual, and guided meditation
30 minute Hopi Ear Candling - £45 - a soft, warming treatment using a hollow candle placed gently at the ear, traditionally used to ease pressure in the ears and sinuses and just generally help you feel a bit more unblocked and calm. It's relaxing rather than clinical — a lot of clients book it alongside Chakra Balancing for a shorter, restful session.
30 minute Chakra Balancing - £45 - a gentle, hands-off energy treatment working through the body's seven main energy centres, helping clear anything that feels stuck or out of sync. I use a pendulum to check in with each one as we go. Clients often describe it as leaving them feeling lighter and calmer... a lovely shorter session if you're short on time but still need that reset.
Reiki near Wilmslow and Alderley Edge
I work with a lot of women aged 35 to 60 from Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and across Cheshire - mothers, professionals, plenty who are navigating perimenopause or menopause and just plain tired.
